MISSION: The Allegheny Cemetery Historical Association is a charitable organization established in 1980 to conserve the natural beauty and preserve the historic integrity and heritage of Allegheny Cemetery for present and future generations.

The Allegheny Cemetery Historical Association
is governed by a Board of Directors which is comprised of prominent Pittsburgh
citizens. The Board members serve without compensation.
Q. What is the Restoration Program?
A. The Program is an affirmative approach to preserve the beauty and heritage of Allegheny Cemetery for present and future generations. Through the Restoration Program buildings, land, gravesites and other properties which relate to Allegheny's history are restored.
Q. What is the capital campaign goal of the Restoration Program?
A. Our challenge is to see that this treasured and hallowed place is maintained with dignity and honor. We respectfully ask for your support in this noble work.
Q. How is this money raised?
A. Solicit contributions from Foundations, Corporations and Individuals.
Q. How many interested persons assist in the Program?
A. Contributions of cash, appreciated securities or other property will be gratefully accepted in support of the Program. Pledges are also possible. We ask that you also consider planned giving.
