| Sales Office, c. 1895 | | | | North of Butler Street Entrance |
| |
| This modest little Colonial Revival cottage is now a sales office. Around1900 Mr. Wolferth, the head groundskeeper, lived here. It was he, it is claimed, who invented the reinforced concrete burial vault. Remodeling of the Gardeners cottage in modern times has deprived the cottage of two agreeable details: small-paned window sash and an arched pergola at the entrance to its path. | | |
